The CustomIdentityAlias property of the Node Manager configured to support OHS must be configured for secure communication.

An XCCDF Rule

Description

<VulnDiscussion>Oracle Node Manager is the utility that is used to perform common operational tasks for OHS. The "CustomIdentityAlias" specifies the alias when loading the private key into the keystore. This property is required when the "KeyStores" property is set to "CustomIdentityAndCustomTrust". Without specifying the "CustomIdentityKeyStoreFileName" property, the Node Manager will not operate properly and may cause the system to fail into an unsecure state.</VulnDiscussion><FalsePositives></FalsePositives><FalseNegatives></FalseNegatives><Documentable>false</Documentable><Mitigations></Mitigations><SeverityOverrideGuidance></SeverityOverrideGuidance><PotentialImpacts></PotentialImpacts><ThirdPartyTools></ThirdPartyTools><MitigationControl></MitigationControl><Responsibility></Responsibility><IAControls></IAControls>
