Description
<VulnDiscussion>This setting determines whether websites can check if the user has payment methods saved. If this policy is disabled, websites that use "PaymentRequest.canMakePayment" or "PaymentRequest.hasEnrolledInstrument" API will be informed that no payment methods are available.
