Disable the privoxy_connect_any SELinux Boolean

Description

By default, the SELinux boolean privoxy_connect_any is enabled. This setting should be disabled. To disable the privoxy_connect_any SELinux boolean, run the following command:

$ sudo setsebool -P privoxy_connect_any off
