By default, the SELinux boolean collectd_tcp_network_connect is disabled.
If this setting is enabled, it should be disabled.
To disable the collectd_tcp_network_connect SELinux boolean, run the following command:
$ sudo setsebool -P collectd_tcp_network_connect off
