Description

<VulnDiscussion>The Red Hat Subscription Manager application manages software subscriptions and software repositories for installed software products on the local system. Remediation - Manual Procedure

The  subscription-manager package can be installed with the following command:
 
$ sudo dnf install subscription-manager
