Remediation - Manual Procedure
Uninstall "Simple TCPIP Services (i.e. echo, daytime etc.)" from the system.
Run "Programs and Features".
Select "Turn Windows Features on or off".
De-select "Simple TCPIP Services (i.e. echo, daytime etc.)".
