Description

<VulnDiscussion>Misuse of privileged functions, either intentionally or unintentionally by authorized users, or by unauthorized external entities that have compromised information system accounts, is a serious and ongoing concern and can have significant adverse impacts on organizations. Remediation - Manual Procedure

Ensure ADMINBY control option is set to "ADMINBY" to record who when and where information in the ACID security record for administrative changes.

Evaluate the impact associated with implementation of the control option. Develop a plan of action to implement the control option setting "ADMINBY" and proceed with the change.
