Remediation - Manual Procedure
Configure Forescout or its associated authentication server to enforce the limit of three consecutive invalid logon attempts by a user during a 15-minute time period.
1. Log on to the Forescout Administrator UI.
2. From the menu, select Tools >> Options >> CounterACT User Profiles >> Password and Sessions.
3. Ensure the "Lock account after" radio button is selected.
4. Ensure that "3" password failures for "15" minutes is configured.
